Sponsors & Vendors

Vendors will receive an email packet one week prior to the event providing details on the location of your booth, entry points, parking, set up & break down times, etc. It is critical that the we have the name, cell phone and email address of the person who will be in charge of your booth.
Each vendor is responsible for bringing your own table, chairs, canopy, materials, inventory, etc. Additionally, all booths will be on grassbut may not be level and many have an incline. If you need to bring a generator, you must advise us no later than September 1 that you will be using a generator as it will affect your location.
